Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 6 tablespoons Melted butter Combine with graham cracker crumbs.

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese At room temperature for smooth texture.
  • 1 cups Whipped heavy cream Substitute with low-fat cream cheese if desired.

Fresh Strawberries

  • 2 cups Chopped fresh strawberries Adds natural sweetness and vibrant color.

Sweeteners and Flavors

  • 1 cups Powdered sugar Enhances the taste of the cheesecake.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract For flavor enhancement.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Adds tang to the cheesecake.

Thickening Agents

  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Mixed with water to firm up the cheesecake.
  • 2 tablespoons Water To mix with cornstarch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.

Filling Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese, and beat again until well combined and no lumps are found.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream, taking care not to deflate it.
  • Fold in the chopped fresh strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Combining and Setting

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pre-baked crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.

Serving

  • Once set, carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and slice it.
  • Garnish with extra strawberries on top if desired before serving.

Notes

Add a splash of almond extract for a warm undertone. Customize the fruit topping according to the season and serve with a sprinkle of crushed nuts for extra crunch and flavor.
