  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar, and olive oil.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them until well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until cauliflower is golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, drizzle with extra honey or chili sauce. Customize with your favorite herbs or spices. Serve with a dip, like yogurt or hummus, for extra creaminess. Store refrigerated for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
