Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down.

Cooking

  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
