Preparation

  • Peel and slice the bananas.

  • Cook until the bananas are caramelized, about 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

Mixing

  • Blend until smooth.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Churning

  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream churner.
  • Churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  • Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes
