Liquids/Dairy

  • 4 cups chicken broth Pour into the slow cooker along with other ingredients.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Adds creaminess; avoid low-fat options as they can separate.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Stir in at the end until melted and creamy.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Chop before adding.
  • 1 cup sliced carrots Slice before adding.
  • 1 cup diced onion Chop before adding.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Sprinkle in for flavor enhancement.
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • fresh parsley (for garnish) Add before serving.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients for easy access.
  • Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in the slow cooker.
  • Pour 4 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy cream over the chicken.
  • Add 1 cup each of diced tomatoes, sliced carrots, and diced onion, followed by minced garlic.
  • Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning along with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6 hours.
  • Once done, stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Ladle into bowls, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
